I Highly Recommend Them
I had issues with my year-old Fridgedare refridgerator/freezer. I was referred to Complete Appliance Service. The service tech, Lloyd, was professional, neat, and personable. The employees wear uniforms with their names prominently displayed, and drive company vehicles. No sub-contractors here! The appliance was inspected, and Lloyd explained to me everything. a new gasket was needed for the freezer, but when it was received by CAS, it was defective. They promptly called me and rescheduled the service appointment. A four hour time window was given. Lloyd arrived early in the time frame. He gave me good maintainence advice, as well. In the past, I have dealt with service techs whose work ethic and professionalism was lacking. this is not the case in my experience with CAS. I highly recommend them.
